Methodlight Talent is a boutique UK talent management company representing actors across film, television, and theatre.

We work closely with a curated roster of talent, offering traditional representation alongside career coaching, creative guidance, and long-term strategy. Our approach is selective, personal, and actor-first.

Alongside physical performance, Methodlight is building a future-facing model for the industry. We support actors who wish to responsibly extend their work into digital performance through artist-owned, strictly approved digital performance rights. These tools are designed to expand opportunity, not replace craft.

Founded by Darren Vukasinovic, and closely aligned with the film and IP studio Ex Animo, Methodlight connects talent to a growing slate of high-quality projects while preparing careers for the next era of performance.
